Citta Recovery

The entry offer

The 90-Day Organisational Wellbeing Discovery Pilot

A defined, time-boxed way to find out what your workforce is carrying — and to give them confidential support while you find out.

Citta Companion is not an emergency or crisis service. It provides AI-assisted wellbeing discovery and support navigation, with human review pathways where appropriate.

What you receive

A de-identified organisational wellbeing report covering participation rates, stress and burnout themes, psychosocial risk distribution, department-level patterns where group sizes protect anonymity, percentage of employees requesting human support, and recommended interventions.

Department-level reporting is withheld wherever a group is too small to protect identity. We will tell you when that happens and why.

Employers receive de-identified and aggregated wellbeing themes only. Individual names, responses, transcripts, diagnosis, therapy notes and private disclosures are not shared.

Common questions

Will we find out who said what?

No. You receive aggregated themes only. This is not a limitation we are apologising for — it is the reason employees answer honestly.

Citta uses a clinical escalation pathway. Where higher risk or complex concerns arise, Citta may recommend human review, specialist referral, emergency services or another appropriate support pathway. This is handled confidentially and with employee safety as the priority.

Traditional EAPs usually wait for employees to call a helpline. Most employees never do. Citta starts with confidential discovery across the workforce and gives the organisation a de-identified wellbeing picture, not just a utilisation number.

After the pilot, the organisation may continue through an annual FEAP package, targeted workshops, manager support, group interventions or structured recovery pathways based on what the pilot report shows. There is no obligation to continue.

Citta Companion is not therapy, diagnosis, medical advice, legal advice, crisis support or an emergency service. The pilot provides confidential wellbeing discovery, psychoeducation, group support, intake pathways and recommendations for further support where appropriate.

Citta Companion provides AI-assisted wellbeing discovery, psychoeducation support, continuity support and early support navigation. It is not therapy, diagnosis, medical advice, legal advice, crisis support or an emergency service, and it is not a replacement for human clinicians. It helps identify wellbeing themes, support needs and whether further human support may be useful.

A 90-day discovery pilot gives you a de-identified picture of wellbeing across your organisation, and gives your employees confidential support while you get it.
