A confidential place to work out what you need
Citta Companion is where you can think out loud about stress, sleep, work pressure and how you are coping — privately, in your own words, whenever suits you.
What this is, and is not
Citta Companion provides AI-assisted wellbeing discovery, psychoeducation support, continuity support and early support navigation. It is not therapy, diagnosis, medical advice, legal advice, crisis support or an emergency service, and it is not a replacement for human clinicians. It helps identify wellbeing themes, support needs and whether further human support may be useful.
Citta Companion is not an emergency or crisis service. It provides AI-assisted wellbeing discovery and support navigation, with human review pathways where appropriate.
Your employer does not see your answers
- Not your name
- Not what you typed
- Not your conversations
- Not your themes
- Not whether you asked for support
Your organisation receives a report covering the whole workforce — broad patterns, aggregated and de-identified. If a team is too small for that to be genuinely anonymous, we leave it out.
This is not a promise we made for marketing. It is how the system is built.

What happens next
At the end, you will have a clearer sense of what is going on and what might help. If speaking with a clinician would be useful, Citta will show you what human support is available to you — this may include a confidential intake conversation, where your organisation offers one. That is your choice, and your employer is not told either way.
If something you say suggests you are at serious risk, a qualified member of the Citta clinical team will reach out. That is a clinical safeguard, and it does not go through your employer.
If you need help right now
If you are at immediate risk of harm or feel unsafe, please contact local emergency services or attend the nearest hospital.
Citta Companion is not an emergency service.
